<p>Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves for future business development, strengthening our management foundation, and capital investments, while implementing consistent dividends to shareholders. After building up internal reserves, we plan to implement dividends twice a year—interim and year-end dividends—with a target consolidated payout ratio of 40% or higher.</p>
