<p>Our basic policy is to achieve both continuous dividend payments and improved corporate value while ensuring long-term growth and financial soundness. We maintain a progressive dividend policy that sets our Dividend on Equity (DOE) at an annual rate of 4% and gradually increases dividends in line with medium to long-term profit growth.
