<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company's basic policy is to implement stable and continuous dividends by comprehensively considering business performance, dividend payout ratio, and other factors, while maintaining a balance between retained earnings for future business development and strengthening our financial foundation, taking into account performance trends.When distributing dividends, the Company's basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body for year-end dividends. The Company's articles of incorporation also provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be implemented by board of directors resolution.However, in the current fiscal year, although consolidated results returned to profitability, we have determined that it is necessary to focus our management resources strategically for future business growth and further enhancement of corporate value. Accordingly, we have decided not to pay a dividend for this period.
