<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its most important management priorities. Our basic policy is to implement a dividend policy that takes into account the strengthening of our financial position and the accumulation of retained earnings necessary for aggressive business development.
Our basic policy is to distribute surplus dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend.
The decision-making body for surplus dividend distribution is the shareholders' meeting.
Regarding the year-end dividend for the current fiscal year, we have decided not to pay a dividend. However, as we build stable profits and strengthen our financial foundation in the future, we intend to distribute profits through dividends.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may declare interim dividends to shareholders or registered pledgees of shares recorded in the final shareholder register as of September 30 each year.

We view returning profits to shareholders as a key priority. Our basic dividend policy balances strengthening our financial position with maintaining sufficient retained earnings needed for business operations and growth. We pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. We plan to increase profit distributions through dividends once we achieve stable earnings growth and a stronger financial foundation.
