<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company is committed to shareholder returns based on the metric of "Total Shareholders' Return," which includes dividends, shareholder benefits, and capital gains from stock appreciation. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, we implemented revisions to our shareholder benefit program to create a more attractive system.
Dividend decisions are made by comprehensively considering the level of retained earnings necessary to establish a stable long-term management foundation, business environment, business performance trends, financial condition, and capital efficiency. The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once annually as a year-end dividend. Interim dividends are decided by the Board of Directors as stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation, while year-end dividends are decided at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
In response to the expectations of our many shareholders who support the Company's sustainable growth, we have decided to pay a year-end dividend of 20 yen per share as of March 31, 2025, representing an increase from the previous fiscal year. This decision reflects a comprehensive consideration of the retained earnings level necessary for a stable long-term management foundation, business environment, performance trends, financial condition, and capital efficiency.
 
Details of dividends from surplus for this fiscal year are as follows:

Total Dividend Amount: 383 million yen
Dividend per Share: 20 yen
 
Regarding dividend forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 2026, we will determine this at a later date as we need to consider progress toward budget targets and cash flow conditions.
