We believe that building up retained earnings is important for this purpose, and we have not paid dividends since our establishment. We recognize returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Going forward, we will consider dividend payments by comprehensively taking into account business performance trends, financial condition, business and investment plans, and balancing these with retained earnings. However, at this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">Regarding dividend distributions, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year. Our Articles of Incorporation provide that we may pay interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.
