<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>

<p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">Our basic policy is to strengthen our financial position while continuing to pay stable dividends in accordance with our earnings performance. When retained earnings are generated, we will allocate them to repay borrowings to further strengthen our financial condition.<br/>
Our articles of incorporation allow for interim dividends; however, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. The decision-making body for interim dividends is the Board of Directors, and for year-end dividends is the General Meeting of Shareholders. As our financial condition improves, we will consider implementing dividends twice per year.<br/>
Regarding the dividend of retained earnings for the current fiscal year, taking into account business performance trends and financial condition, we plan to pay a year-end dividend of 50 yen per share, which will be resolved and implemented at the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for July 24, 2025.</p>
