<p>We position aggressive profit returns as an important policy. Our basic approach is to maintain stable dividend levels while distributing profits appropriately based on business performance, with a target dividend on equity (DOE) of 2.5%. We distribute surplus dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividends. We plan to use retained earnings for various investments that support future business development and enhance corporate value.</p>
