<p>We adopt a basic policy of aiming for stable dividends with a target payout ratio of 20%. Since fiscal year 2020, we have shifted to paying dividends twice per year (interim and year-end). We intend to use retained earnings for investments that contribute to maintaining growth capacity and strengthening competitiveness, thereby enhancing corporate value.</p>
