<p>Our basic policy is to pay dividends each fiscal period with a target dividend payout ratio of 35%. We pay a year-end dividend once annually, and an interim dividend as business performance permits. We use retained earnings as a medium to long-term resource for strengthening our management foundation and expanding our business. We prioritize expanding TSR (Total Shareholder Return) through both dividends and stock price appreciation, not dividends alone.</p>
