<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. Regarding dividends, our policy is to implement stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders while giving consideration to future business development and strengthening our financial position. We aim for a dividend payout ratio of 25% to 30%. Additionally, the Company's basic policy is to distribute dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the fiscal period. The Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be implemented by resolution of the Board of Directors. The decision-making body for dividends is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the Board of Directors for interim dividends.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">However, in the current fiscal year, the Company has not implemented dividends in order to strengthen its financial position toward stabilizing its management foundation and to pursue continuous business development. Retained earnings will be allocated to working capital for future business expansion and capital investments.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>
