<p>Our basic policy is to implement regular dividends based on a dividend payout ratio of 20%. We are able to pay dividends twice per year—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend—with the interim dividend decided by the Board of Directors and the year-end dividend decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
