<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of its most important management priorities. Our basic policy is to provide stable dividends while strengthening our management foundation through improved profitability and enhanced financial condition, even in challenging economic circumstances.
Our basic policy is to pay a year-end dividend once annually, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body for dividend distribution.
However, pursuant to Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may resolve to pay an interim dividend with a record date of September 30 each year.
Regarding dividends for the fiscal year ending March 2025, we regret to inform you that we will not pay a dividend, taking into account that retained earnings are negative. Going forward, we will work to strengthen our management structure and financial foundation so that we can resume dividend payments to shareholders as soon as possible.
