<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important policy. Our basic approach is to provide long-term and stable dividends and profit returns while improving earnings capacity and strengthening our financial position.
Regarding the decision-making body and frequency of dividends, our basic policy is to conduct dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end through shareholder meeting resolutions. Additionally, we may implement interim dividends by board resolution based on business performance. The Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with June 30 as the record date, as determined by board resolution.
Based on the above basic policy, we have decided not to pay dividends for the current fiscal period.
Retained earnings will be invested effectively as capital for new business initiatives we plan to undertake in the future.
