<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our Group regards fair and equitable distribution of profits to all stakeholders as our highest priority in our basic profit allocation policy. Regarding dividends, we take a comprehensive approach that considers not only our operating results and financial condition, but also the necessity of retained earnings to realize our medium- to long-term business growth strategy. Our basic policy is to implement dividends on a sustainable and stable basis. Through this approach, we aim to achieve both enhanced shareholder value and sound corporate growth.
However, after comprehensively considering our business performance trends for the current period, we regret to inform you that we have decided not to pay a year-end dividend for the current period.
Our Articles of Incorporation stipulate that "interim dividends may be paid with September 30 as the record date by resolution of the Board of Directors." However, due to the nature of our business, which experiences significant revenue fluctuations, our basic policy is to implement dividends once per year as a year-end dividend. That said, we will consider implementing interim dividends depending on future business performance. The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting.
Going forward, we will steadily implement the Second Medium-Term Management Plan announced on May 9, 2025, and as a "value co-creation" Group, we will work to expand our business performance to meet shareholders' expectations and aim for an early resumption of dividends.

Our basic policy is to implement dividends on a sustainable and stable basis. We determine dividend amounts by comprehensively considering our operating results, financial condition, and the need for retained earnings to achieve our medium to long-term business growth strategy. While our standard practice is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end, we will also consider implementing interim dividends depending on business performance trends.
