<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes dividend policy as one of its most important policies. We are committed to providing stable dividends by comprehensively considering our earnings performance, the adequacy of retained earnings, and other relevant factors.
Our basic policy is to distribute dividends from surplus earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. However, we also have provisions in place for interim dividends.
The decision-making authority for these dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends.
Regarding the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, operating profit, ordinary profit, and net profit attributable to parent company shareholders all turned positive. However, our business restructuring initiatives remain in progress, and additional expenses may be incurred in the coming period. We expect it will take some time before new real estate rental operations and other revenue sources become fully operational. Taking into account our financial condition, we regret to inform you that we have decided not to pay a year-end dividend for common shares and Class A preferred shares for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
We intend to use retained earnings to improve our financial position while making effective investments in future business development.
Going forward, we will work to establish a profitable business structure that ensures stable dividends and aim to resume regular dividend payments as soon as possible.
Our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board resolution using September 30 of each year as the record date.

Our basic policy is to provide stable dividends by comprehensively considering our earnings performance and the adequacy of retained earnings. We will use retained earnings to strengthen our financial position while making strategic investments in future business development.
