<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards profit distribution to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. Our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends while taking into account our earnings performance. Regarding retained earnings, we will utilize them for further improvement of our financial position and future investments toward business expansion, with a focus on long-term shareholder value.
The Company's basic policy is to distribute dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting. The Company's Articles of Incorporation also provide that interim dividends may be paid to shareholders or registered pledgees of shares by resolution of the Board of Directors, with September 30 each year as the record date.
Regarding dividends on common shares and preferred shares for the current fiscal year, taking into account our performance during the period and the financial situation at the end of the fiscal year, we have decided, regrettably, to pay no dividend.
The Company is subject to consolidated dividend restrictions.

Our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends while taking into account our earnings situation. Retained earnings are used to strengthen our financial position and fund future investments for business expansion.
