Our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends while comprehensively considering the status of our business foundation, business development progress, performance, and financial condition.

We believe that building up internal reserves and effectively using them as funding for business expansion and organizational investments to support further growth represents the greatest profit return to shareholders. Accordingly, we are not currently paying dividends.

We intend to use internal reserves effectively to support future business expansion.

<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">Under our Articles of Incorporation, matters concerning dividend distributions and other items specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act may be determined by Board of Directors resolution without shareholder approval, except where otherwise provided by law.

<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">Our Articles of Incorporation also provide that dividend distributions may be made twice annually—with a record date at the end of February for year-end dividends and August 31 for interim dividends—as well as at other record dates as determined.

Our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends. However, as we are currently in a growth phase, we are not implementing dividends at this time. We plan to effectively use retained earnings as a source of funding for business expansion and investments in organizational infrastructure. We have set dividend record dates twice per year (fiscal year-end and interim).
