<p>Our basic policy is to provide stable dividends by taking into account our business performance and financial condition. We aim to improve our dividend level based on a dividend payout ratio of 30%. We typically pay dividends twice a year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We use retained earnings effectively as investment funds for securing and developing talent to strengthen our management foundation and expand our business, as well as for new business development and new product development.</p>
