<p>Our basic dividend policy is to return profits to shareholders in line with business performance. We have set a target consolidated payout ratio of 30% in our medium-term management plan. Dividends are paid once annually at the fiscal year-end as our standard practice. Retained earnings are allocated to strengthen our financial position, expand our hotel operating platform, and fund joint investments with sponsor groups.</p>
