<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 30px; text-align: left">Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our management foundation, while providing appropriate profit returns to our shareholders. However, the Company is currently in a growth phase and at a stage where it is necessary to build up internal reserves for future business expansion. Accordingly, we have not paid dividends on surplus since our establishment. Going forward, we will make decisions by comprehensively considering business performance, dividend payout ratio, and future growth strategies. At this time, the timing of dividend implementation remains undetermined. Internal reserve funds will be allocated to strengthening our management structure to respond to anticipated changes in the business environment and investments for business expansion.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 30px; text-align: left">When we do pay dividends on surplus, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually, with the shareholders' meeting as the decision-making body. Our articles of incorporation also provide that interim dividends may be paid by resolution of the Board of Directors.</p>
