However, the Company recognizes that appropriate shareholder returns are important for management and intends to consider implementing stable dividends in the future by comprehensively taking into account business foundation status, investment plans, business performance, and financial condition. The Company also intends to effectively utilize retained earnings for future business development. When dividends are paid, the Company will base them on year-end dividends once per year as a general rule, with the shareholders' meeting as the decision-making body.
