<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities and is committed to maintaining stable and continuous dividend payments as its basic policy.
At the same time, from the perspective of maintaining long-term growth, we aim to strengthen our corporate foundation and build credibility as a company with sustainable value by enhancing shareholder equity and improving capital efficiency, while comprehensively considering future business development. Specifically, our dividend policy is to pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends—and we target maintaining a dividend payout ratio of 20% or higher. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, while the year-end dividend is decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
In the current fiscal year, we recorded a net loss of 513,436 thousand yen (net loss attributable to parent company shareholders of 387,700 thousand yen in the consolidated fiscal year). Additionally, due to the absence of retained earnings available for dividend distribution, we regret to inform you that the year-end dividend will be suspended.
We sincerely apologize to our shareholders. We remain committed to achieving increased revenue and profitability in the coming fiscal year and beyond, and we will continue our company-wide efforts toward this goal. We appreciate your continued support.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation stipulate that interim dividends may be paid with June 30 as the record date, as determined by Board of Directors resolution.

Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous dividend payments to shareholders. We aim to maintain a dividend payout ratio of 20% or higher on an ongoing basis. We plan to distribute dividends twice per year—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. While strengthening our corporate foundation and considering future business opportunities, we will work to enhance shareholder equity and improve capital efficiency.
