<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to implement dividends while prioritizing the securing of internal reserves necessary for strengthening our financial position and diversifying and enhancing our earnings base.
We plan to use internal reserves effectively for personnel recruitment and advertising expenditures that support future growth. We recognize that providing stable profit returns to shareholders is an important management priority. Regarding future profit distribution, we will comprehensively consider funding needs for future business expansion and revenue improvement as well as our financial condition, taking into account business performance trends. In addition to dividends, we will appropriately implement share buybacks as part of our flexible capital allocation strategy. We currently recognize that we are in a growth phase, and we prioritize allocating internal reserves acquired through our business to growth investments for business expansion. Therefore, we are not paying dividends for the current fiscal year.
During the current fiscal year, we acquired 186,000 shares of treasury stock for a total acquisition amount of 138,453 thousand yen.
The specific timing and possibility of future implementation remain undetermined, but we will continue to consider such measures while always being mindful of enhancing shareholder value.
Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: interim and year-end dividends. The record date for year-end dividends is September 30, and the record date for interim dividends is March 31. Our articles of incorporation provide that matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act may be determined by board of directors resolution, except where otherwise provided by law.

Our basic policy is to prioritize strengthening our financial position and securing necessary retained earnings, while implementing dividends. We allocate retained earnings primarily to growth investments such as personnel hiring and advertising. We will flexibly implement dividends and share buybacks by comprehensively considering business performance trends and capital needs. We plan to pay dividends twice annually—at the interim and fiscal year-end periods.
