<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company views returning profits to shareholders alongside strengthening its financial position and securing competitiveness as important management priorities. Since the Company recognizes that its group is still in a growth phase, we believe that building up internal reserves and allocating them to business efficiency improvements, competitive strengthening, and investments for business expansion will ultimately lead to greater profit returns to shareholders in the future. Therefore, we plan to continue a dividend policy that prioritizes building internal reserves for the time being. However, we intend to implement dividends at the earliest practicable time by comprehensively considering the balance with our financial condition and operating results as well as the domestic and international business environment, with the aim of returning profits to shareholders.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Additionally, the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that "interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution to shareholders or registered pledgees of shares recorded in the shareholder register as of September 30 each year."</p>

<p>We plan to continue a dividend policy that prioritizes building up retained earnings. However, we aim to implement dividends as early as possible while balancing our financial condition and business performance. Retained earnings will be allocated to investments in operational efficiency, competitive strength enhancement, and business expansion. Interim dividends may be implemented.</p>
