<p>Our fundamental policy is to prioritize sustainable and stable profit returns to shareholders while considering retained earnings necessary to strengthen corporate growth capacity and improve operational efficiency. Profit distribution is determined by taking into account each period's business performance. We distribute dividends twice annually as a basic policy—through interim dividends and year-end dividends. Going forward, we will continue to pursue sustainable and stable dividends while taking into consideration progressive dividend increases and dividend payout ratio based on net assets (DOE).</p>
