<p>Our basic policy is to pursue sustainable profit growth and return profits to shareholders in accordance with that growth. We determine our dividend policy each fiscal year by comprehensively considering the strengthening of our management foundation, internal reserves for medium to long-term business development, and capital efficiency. As a basic policy, we conduct a surplus dividend once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. We allocate retained earnings to strengthen our equity base and fund growth investments.</p>
