<p>Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends with a consolidated payout ratio of approximately 50%, while securing internal reserves necessary for sustainable growth. We pay dividends twice yearly—interim and year-end—and allocate retained earnings to employee development, acquisition of new technologies, research and development expenses, and expansion of development facilities to strengthen our management foundation.</p>
