<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Since its establishment, the Company has not paid dividends, as it considers human capital investment and strengthening its financial foundation essential for improving business performance. Currently, the Company's retained earnings are negative due to accumulated losses, and under the Companies Act, the Company is not in a position to pay dividends. Going forward, while securing necessary internal reserves for future business development and strengthening management fundamentals, the Company intends to consider dividends. However, at this time, the possibility of dividend payments and the timing of such payments remain undetermined.
The Company plans to deploy retained earnings as strategic investments to develop services that meet market needs and strengthen its sales structure, in order to respond to anticipated changes in the business environment.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that, by board of directors resolution, dividends may be paid based on September 30, March 31, or such other date as determined by the board of directors, in accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act.

Currently, due to accumulated losses, the company is not in a position to pay dividends, and the possibility and timing of dividend payments remain undetermined. Going forward, the company plans to consider dividends while securing retained earnings for business expansion and strengthening its management foundation. Retained earnings will be invested in service development and sales infrastructure enhancement. The company's articles of incorporation include provisions allowing for dividend payments twice per year.
