<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company views returning value to shareholders as a priority and considers strengthening profitability to secure dividend resources and providing continuous and stable dividends as one of its important management objectives.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors. The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that "the Company may pay an interim dividend with a record date of September 30 each year by resolution of the Board of Directors."
Dividend decisions will take into account the operating results of each period. However, the timing and other details of dividend payments at this time remain undetermined. Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, we regret to inform that no dividend will be paid.
Going forward, the Company aims to resume dividend payments at an early stage and will continue to strengthen profitability and enhance corporate value.

We position continuous and stable dividends as a priority for shareholder returns and a key management objective. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We determine dividends based on each period's business performance and aim to implement profit distributions promptly while working to strengthen our earning capacity.
