<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends while strengthening our financial position and building internal reserves for future business development.
We distribute dividends from retained earnings once per fiscal year at the end of the fiscal period as our standard practice. The Board of Directors is responsible for determining dividend payments.
Regarding dividend distribution for the current period, we will not pay dividends in order to invest business capital to maximize sales across our group, centered on our IT outsourcing business. By expanding sales and securing additional profits, we believe we can achieve long-term corporate value improvement, which will ultimately enable greater returns to shareholders.
We note that our Articles of Incorporation permit the payment of interim dividends.
We intend to allocate retained earnings toward preparations for future business development.
