<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company views returning profits to shareholders alongside strengthening its financial position and securing competitive advantage as important management priorities. We currently consider ourselves to be in a growth phase and believe that building up retained earnings and allocating funds to business expansion and operational efficiency investments will provide the greatest return to shareholders. For this reason, we have not paid dividends since our founding and plan to continue prioritizing the buildup of retained earnings for the foreseeable future. While we intend to consider returning profits to shareholders in the future based on each fiscal year's business results, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined at this time.
We will use retained earnings effectively as funds for strengthening our financial position to stabilize our management foundation and for continuing business expansion.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, and the year-end dividend is decided by the General Shareholders' Meeting. Pursuant to Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may resolve to pay an interim dividend with November 30 as the record date each year.

As the company is in a growth phase, our current policy is to prioritize building internal reserves and not pay dividends. We will allocate retained earnings to strengthen our financial position and fund business expansion investments. Should we implement dividends in the future, we plan to distribute them twice annually—at the interim and year-end periods—as our basic policy.
