The Company implements dividends from retained earnings based on the principle of profit distribution in accordance with business performance, while taking into consideration the capital requirements for investments aimed at enhancing corporate value, future business performance outlook, and financial position.

As an indicator of "profit distribution in accordance with business performance," the Company targets a dividend payout ratio of 50%.

While the Company's Articles of Incorporation contain provisions allowing dividend distributions by Board of Directors resolution, the Company's policy is to make year-end dividends subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to ensure an opportunity to directly hear shareholders' views.

Our dividend policy is based on distributing profits according to business performance. We implement dividends while taking into account investment funds for enhancing corporate value, earnings outlook, and financial condition. We use a dividend payout ratio of approximately 50% as a benchmark for performance-linked dividends, and we are prepared to pay interim dividends as well.
