Our basic policy is to provide stable and progressive dividends that are not swayed by short-term business performance, with a target dividend on equity (DOE) of 3.2%. We primarily distribute dividends once annually as a year-end dividend from retained earnings, and we also conduct flexible share buybacks as needed. We reinvest retained earnings in strengthening our financial position and responding to changes in the business environment.</p>
