<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable dividends while adjusting payouts in line with earnings. We plan to distribute dividends twice annually as a general practice: an interim dividend based on September 30 and a year-end dividend based on March 31. We retain earnings internally to strengthen shareholder equity and prepare for capital investments.</p>
