<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company has not paid dividends since its establishment. However, we recognize returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We will determine our profit distribution strategy by taking into account our financial condition, operating results, and cash flow situation. We currently consider ourselves to be in a growth phase. We believe that strengthening our internal reserves and allocating funds to business efficiency improvements and expansion investments will ultimately deliver the greatest returns to our shareholders.
For the current fiscal year, we are not implementing dividends for the reasons stated above. We plan to use retained earnings for product development, operational investments, and investments to diversify our revenue base and strengthen profitability.
Going forward, we will consider returning profits to shareholders while taking into account our operating results and financial condition in each period. However, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined at this time.
When the Company does distribute surplus funds, we plan to conduct dividend distributions twice annually—interim dividends and year-end dividends—as our standard practice. Our Articles of Incorporation provide for the ability to pay interim dividends. The Board of Directors has authority to decide on these surplus fund distributions.

The company is currently in a growth phase and does not pay dividends. Instead, it focuses on building internal reserves and allocating funds to business expansion investments, which it believes provides the greatest return to shareholders. The company plans to use retained earnings for product development, operational investments, and investments to diversify revenue streams and strengthen profitability. Should the company implement dividends in the future, it will be on a semi-annual basis as a general rule.
