In returning profits to shareholders going forward, we will comprehensively consider our operating results and financial condition. While giving sufficient attention to strengthening our financial position and investments for business expansion, we intend to implement stable and continuous profit returns. However, at this time, the possibility and timing of dividend implementation remain undetermined. Retained earnings will be used as medium- to long-term business capital to support continuous business expansion in an increasingly dynamic operating environment.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end, with the shareholders' meeting as the decision-making body. Our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be implemented by board resolution, with a view to implementing twice-yearly dividends comprising year-end and interim dividends following our listing.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">For the current fiscal year, no dividend was paid as funds were required for business expansion.</p>

<p>We maintain a basic policy of providing stable and continuous returns to shareholders while comprehensively considering our business performance and financial condition, with attention to strengthening our financial position and investing in business expansion. We currently pay dividends once per year as a final dividend, and we are considering moving to twice-yearly dividends following our listing. We plan to use retained earnings as a medium to long-term source of capital for business expansion.</p>
