<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We will determine our profit distribution strategy by taking into account our financial position, operating results, cash flow situation, and future business plans. At present, the Company is in a growth phase. Based on our approach of allocating management resources to business initiatives that will enhance shareholder value in the future and executing our business plans systematically to increase shareholder value and reward shareholders, we currently do not pay cash dividends. As of the date of this document, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">The Company's surplus dividends are based on a year-end dividend with a record date of December 31 each year and an interim dividend with a record date of June 30 each year. <p>Regarding our dividend policy, we decide based on our financial condition and business performance. Currently, as we are in a growth phase, we prioritize investing management resources into our business to enhance shareholder value in the future, and we do not pay cash dividends. We distribute surplus dividends twice a year on a regular basis, consisting of year-end and interim dividends.</p>
