<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our dividend policy is based on the principle of maximizing shareholder value by taking into account our business performance and financial condition. We aim to support shareholders through special dividends and other distributions that reflect our earnings performance, while implementing capital allocation decisions with this objective in mind.
Under our Articles of Incorporation, matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act may be determined by Board of Directors resolution without shareholder approval, except where otherwise provided by law. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide for dividend record dates four times per year: the first quarter (October 31), the second quarter (January 31), the third quarter (April 30), and the fourth quarter (July 31), as well as the ability to declare dividends on other record dates as determined.
However, regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, after comprehensively considering our business performance, we have decided not to pay a dividend.
We will use retained earnings effectively as a financial resource to strengthen our financial position and support future business development in response to anticipated changes in the operating environment.

Our basic policy is to maximize shareholder value by considering our business performance and financial condition, and to reward shareholders through special dividends and other distributions according to our results. Our articles of incorporation establish four dividend record dates per year. We use retained earnings as a source of funding for future business development and to strengthen our financial position.
