<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>Our basic policy is to strengthen the management foundation of the Company and its group companies, secure necessary retained earnings for future group business development, and provide stable dividends to shareholders. 
 Regarding dividend implementation, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year. In accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Board of Directors may resolve to distribute retained earnings without requiring a shareholders' meeting resolution. 
　In the current fiscal year, we paid a dividend of 7,500 yen per share. Going forward, we will continue to implement stable dividends as our basic approach, taking into comprehensive consideration each fiscal year's business performance, financial condition, and future business development plans.
