<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">The Company is committed to maintaining and expanding retained earnings necessary for future business growth. We recognize that providing stable profit distributions to shareholders while considering the level of equity capital needed for future business expansion is one of our important management objectives. In accordance with resolutions passed at shareholders' meetings, we distribute dividends from surplus earnings with March 31 as the standard date each year. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with September 30 as the standard date, subject to Board of Directors approval.</p>

<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">For the current fiscal year, we have set the consolidated dividend payout ratio at 30%, with a dividend per share of 154 yen for both common shares and preferred shares.</p>
