<h3 class="smt_head2" style="padding-left:9pt;">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>
Our basic policy is to maintain stable, ongoing dividends as a distribution of earnings, while securing the internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position. 
　Our dividend distribution is based on year-end dividends paid once annually, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. 
　For the current fiscal year, we initially planned a dividend of 7 yen per share (7 yen for the full year). However, our core concrete business achieved higher revenue and profits, securing earnings that exceeded our initial projections. Accordingly, we have increased the dividend to 10 yen per share for the full year, consisting of an ordinary dividend of 8 yen per share plus a special dividend of 2 yen per share. 
 Retained earnings will be invested in future business development, new product development, and manufacturing equipment, with the aim of strengthening long-term competitiveness and enhancing corporate value.
(Note) Dividends with record dates in the current fiscal year are as follows.
