Our basic policy is to implement a stable dividend policy while taking into account the strengthening of our financial position and the need to maintain sufficient retained earnings for business operations.Going forward, we will continue to allocate management resources to business fields with expected growth from a medium- to long-term perspective, thereby working to achieve sustainable growth, expansion of corporate value, and increased shareholder value.Additionally, regarding dividend distributions and other matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Company has determined that these shall be decided by shareholder resolution once per fiscal year.(Fiscal year-end dividend record date: March 31 annually)Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, in light of our current management foundation and future business environment, we have decided not to pay a dividend in order to establish a stable management foundation and strengthen our financial position for future business expansion.
