The decision-making bodies for these dividend payments are the shareholders' meeting for the year-end dividend and the board of directors for the interim dividend. Our articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may declare an interim dividend with a record date of September 30 each year.
Regarding the dividend on common shares for the current fiscal year, we regret to inform you that no dividend will be paid, as we are prioritizing the strengthening of our financial foundation through retained earnings and the enhancement of shareholders' equity.
Retained earnings will be used effectively to strengthen our revenue base and financial position.
