<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous dividends. We also aim to strengthen our financial position by building internal reserves to support long-term business continuity, new business development, research and development, and capital investments. In addition to year-end dividends, we will pay interim dividends based on business performance, maintaining two dividend payments per year.
Interim dividends are approved by the Board of Directors, while year-end dividends are approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with September 30 as the record date, as determined by Board of Directors resolution.
For the current fiscal year, the annual dividend per share will be ¥7.50, consisting of an interim dividend of ¥3.75 per share and a year-end dividend of ¥3.75 per share.
