<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">The Company believes it is important to return profits to shareholders on a stable basis. Our basic policy is to pay stable dividends while ensuring adequate retained earnings and capital strength necessary for the Company's future growth and adaptation to environmental changes.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current consolidated fiscal year (73rd fiscal period), the real estate leasing business recorded lower profits due to acquisition costs for logistics facilities. However, the real estate sales business performed well with steady apartment supply and sales of logistics facilities, office buildings, and business land. As a result, consolidated ordinary profit for the current consolidated fiscal year increased to 46.0 billion yen (up 2.6 billion yen year-over-year), and net profit attributable to parent company shareholders increased to 30.1 billion yen (up 2.1 billion yen year-over-year).</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For dividends in the current consolidated fiscal year, we comprehensively considered profit returns to shareholders based on the increased net profit attributable to parent company shareholders, as well as strengthening our equity capital for sustainable growth amid uncertain external conditions. We have set the dividend per share at 9,500 yen for both common stock and Class A stock, representing an increase of 500 yen compared to the previous consolidated fiscal year.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Going forward, we aim to maintain a balance between strengthening equity capital for sustainable growth and stable profit returns, with a medium- to long-term target dividend payout ratio of 20%.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Retained earnings will be reserved to meet future capital expenditure and other funding needs.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our basic policy is to pay dividends from surplus once per year as year-end dividends.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for year-end dividends.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may, by resolution, distribute dividends from surplus in accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act.</p>
