<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>

The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as a top management priority. Our basic policy is to maintain adequate retained earnings while comprehensively assessing our financial position, operating results, and overall business operations, and to continue providing shareholders with profit returns commensurate with our performance.


For the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, we have set the dividend at 20 yen per share. Retained earnings will be allocated as funding for strategic investments to support future business development, taking into account our financial position.


The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once annually as a year-end dividend, with the decision made at the shareholders' meeting. The Company's articles of incorporation also provide that interim dividends may be approved by board of directors resolution.


The dividends for the current fiscal year are as follows.
