<p>Our basic policy is to decide dividends by taking into account the operating results of each period and the adequacy of retained earnings, with the aim of providing continuous stable dividends. While we normally pay dividends once a year at the fiscal year-end, our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends. We plan to use retained earnings to prepare for future business development.</p>
