<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">
<span style="font-size: 12px">Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our management foundation, while also providing shareholders with stable, continuous dividends.</span><span style="font-size: 12px; font-weight: normal">Based on this policy, we initially planned a dividend of 17.5 yen per share (including an interim dividend of 7.5 yen) for this fiscal year. However, as we marked the 40th anniversary since the establishment of our predecessor, Nitto Electronics Limited, we decided to add a commemorative dividend of 2.5 yen, bringing the total dividend to 20 yen per share. As a result, the dividend payout ratio for this fiscal year was 32.3%.</span>

<span style="font-size: 12px">We intend to use retained earnings to strengthen our cost competitiveness and invest effectively in technology and manufacturing development capabilities to meet market needs, in preparation for anticipated changes in the business environment.</span>
