We also consider profit distributions that reflect our business performance.</p>

<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:12pt;">Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors.</p>

<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:12pt;">For the year-end dividend of this fiscal year, we have decided to pay 14 yen per share in accordance with the above policy. Regarding retained earnings, we intend to invest them effectively to strengthen our financial position to flexibly adapt to changes in the business environment and risks, as well as to support future business development.</p>
